As the final moments of the year draw near, The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis, the Palm invites guests to rise above the ordinary and welcome 2026 amid breathtaking fireworks, panoramic views, exclusive festivities, and truly unforgettable moments. Introducing NYE Sky Carnival at The Dubai Balloon, a thoughtfully curated New Year’s Eve experience set at one of Dubai’s most spectacular vantage points, where the city’s lights, shoreline, and fireworks will converge in every direction.
Suspended between land and sky at Atlantis, The Palm, the NYE Sky Carnival offers a lighter, brighter way to celebrate. From sky-high balloon flights to immersive on-ground activations, the evening blends reflection, celebration, and visual wonder into a truly unforgettable transition into the New Year.
Guests will ascend aboard two exclusive balloon flights, once in the final hours of 2025 and again just after midnight.
Between flights, the celebration continues on the ground with interactive moments designed to capture both joy and intention.
The experience features a 360-degree photo booth, festive glitter face painting, carnival-inspired décor, and “Written in the Clouds”, a reflective New Year ritual where guests write down their intentions for the year ahead, carrying them skyward and pinning them onto the balloon as they ascend.
As midnight approaches, the atmosphere shifts skyward. Fireworks illuminate the horizon across Atlantis, JBR, Burj Al Arab and beyond, offering guests a front-row view of Dubai’s iconic New Year’s Eve spectacle from one of the city’s most unique locations.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a curated assortment of canapés served per booking, along with a complimentary welcome drink. Additional soft beverages and mocktails will be available for purchase from the café lounge.

Operational Information
- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event are fully refundable.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. - Regular Operations Notice:
For non-NYE pass holders, standard flights will operate until 9:45 PM. These guests will exit via the fast-pass
line and will not have access to the café, which remains exclusively reserved for NYE Sky Carnival guests.
