signed Thursday a contract with Kuwait Petroleum International (Q8) to supply it with 140,000 liters of lubricants over two years.
The contract was signed at PIC headquarters by Q8 CEO Bekheit Al-Rashedi and PIC CEO Asaad Al-Saad.
“The contract embodies the constructive cooperation between Kuwait Petroleum Corporation’s subsidiaries,” Al-Rashedi said in a press release.
He added that the signing of the contract comes within the framework of Q8’s strategy which aims to expand the marketing of Q8Oils, a division of Q8, on the global and regional markets.
The lubricants of Q8Oils enjoy world-class quality that match the lubricant needs of the PIC’s fertilizers plant, Al-Rashedi said.
For his part, PIC’s CEO Al-Saad expressed delight for signing the contract with Q8.
He stated that his company will benefit from the high quality lubricants of Q8Oils.
The Q8Oils is a major player in the global lubricants market. It has four lubricant plants in Europe and produces over 1000 kind of lubricants. It has sales and marketing offices in northern America and Asia and sells its products in more than 50 countries.
