Kuwait’s crude oil exports to Japan fell 20.7 percent in June from a year earlier to 6.02 million barrels, or 201,000 barrels per day (bpd), down for the third straight month, government data cited by Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) showed Thursday.
As Japan’s fifth biggest oil provider, Kuwait supplied 6.7 percent of the Asian nation’s total crude imports, the Japanese Natural Resources and Energy Agency said in a preliminary report.
