Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution, ADNOC Distribution, has received U.A.E. Superbrand status for 2014, recognising its excellence in the distribution and marketing of petroleum products and services within and outside the U.A.E..
ADNOC Distribution was awarded the distinction by the Superbrands Council, the largest global independent authority and arbiter of branding excellence.
Khalid Hadi, Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communication, ADNOC Distribution, received the award during a ceremony held at the InterContinental Hotel Dubai – Festival City.
Commenting on the occasion, Khalid Hadi said, “We are glad to receive this honour from the Superbrands Council. The status endorses the brand s strong presence and customers trust in our service delivery. We credit this achievement to the continued support and direction of our CEO Abdulla Salem Al Dhaheri, as well as the collaborative efforts of our entire team at ADNOC Distribution.
“Such recognitions strengthen our resolve to develop and deliver services that meet evolving customer needs, while ensuring employee well-being, responsibility towards the community, preservation of the environment and conforming to the highest standards of health and safety.” As part of efforts to support sustainable development and ensure a cleaner and safer environment, ADNOC Distribution has also adopted an ambitious plan to retail natural gas as an alternative fuel for vehicles across its service stations in the U.A.E..
