Savills, the leading global real estate advisors, have announced today that they have been appointed by Tasmim, part of the Shanfari Group as their exclusive sales agents for the Habitat. As a result, Savills will cover the premium office and apartment suites at the premier landmark property, Habitat in central Muscat.
Located on Dohat Al Adab Street in Al Khuwair, Habitat is Muscat’s newest iconic mixed use development that includes 44 luxury apartments, 118 world class offices and a premium shopping mall.
