Provis, Aldar Properties’ wholly owned estate management company, announced the introduction of a series of measures to support property owners and tenants in communities it manages, as part of Aldar’s recent programmes worth AED 100 million unveiled to support Abu Dhabi’s residential communities.
Effective immediately, property owners can enjoy flexible service charges payment plans, while tenants can benefit from flexible rental payment schemes and exemptions on different transactional fees, as deemed applicable.
HP Aengaar, CEO at Provis, said, “We are moving through a challenging phase globally, and the UAE’s leadership is taking decisive action to limit the impact on communities and businesses. At the direction of our parent company Aldar Properties, we are coordinating with local banks to offer our owners and tenants direct debit options and flexible payment plans. We will also continue to accept online payments through our Provis portal for owners, tenants and residents. Should any of our clients still wish to pay by cheque, we have partnered with courier companies to facilitate cheques’ collection from our clients at their homes.”
Aengaar added: “We are also taking additional safety and precautionary measures across all communities, while actively communicating with our residents through our online channels, to safeguard the health and safety of our clients and society at large.
Furthermore, Provis, is collaborating with healthcare providers to facilitate remote medical consultations and delivery of prescribed medications. The company will also offer virtual entertainment and fitness activities for its customers through its social media handles.
Last year, Provis was launched by Aldar Properties to disrupt the estate management sector in the UAE. Provis provides property management consultancy and management, owners’ association consultancy and management, sales & leasing and clubhouse and lifestyle management services. The estate management firm manages over 29,000 units across both property management and owners’ association management and has sold and leased thousands of properties across the Emirates.
