Representatives of Lusail Real Estate Development Company will be available on a daily basis after Iftar till 12 p.m. to answer inquiries.
The villas, which were designed to maximize views of the magnificent Waterfront, have a surface area ranging between 950 and 1200 square meters and will be sold exclusively to Qataris through a public offering system whereby buyers will be drawn from a pool of applicants.
Another 27 villas overlooking the internal landscape and ranging between 850 and 900 square meters will also be put up for sale.
Lusail Real Estate Development Company will stop receiving application on July 29 at 2 p.m. just hours before the public offering is held live same day at 10 pm under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
Applicants must be Qataris, 18 years old and above and may apply to buy more than one property provided that they submit a certified check amounting to 500,000 riyals for each residential unit in addition to a copy of the applicant’s ID card.
Essa Mohammed Ali Kaldari, CEO of Lusail Real Estate Development Company, said the sales campaign reflects the company’s success in the first phase of sales mainly owing to Qetaifan Islands’ attractive and exclusive offering.
“Qateifan Islands reflects our commitment to excellence as we continuously seek to offer Qataris real estate ventures that meet their aspirations,” he said.
Villas for sales at Qetaifan Islands reflect through their design Qatar’s cultural heritage while offering residents the latest luxury facilities.
Encircled by the azure waters of the Gulf and overlooking the heart of Lusail City, Qetaifan Islands present a unique opportunity for an exclusive residential experience, combining aesthetic excellence with environmental sustainability.
The holistic community site, which consists of four islands with varying heights, was designed to create an elegant and family-oriented lifestyle, distinctly different from any community in Qatar.
The islands, which were designed with varying heights to maximize views to the magnificent waterfront, include a marina that hosts some of the most exclusive beaches and marvelous yachts in addition to Souq Qetaifan.
The souq, which connects all four islands, will consist of high quality shopping, exclusive food and beverage outlets in addition to more than 3,500 parking lots connected to a multitude of exists.
Numerous community facilities are also planned near the Qetaifan Islands to serve the local population in addition to two educational facilities to be built on the islands.
The four islands are connected to Lusail City through suspension bridges decorated by granite and luxurious glass fences. The lighted and colorful bridges, which connect the islands to Lusail City’s central zone, also feature gardens and fountains on both ends.
Lusail City is a visionary development of the State of Qatar, master-planned by QATARI DIAR and developed by LREDC, to become a unique state-of-the-art city in Qatar, the region, and worldwide. The Lusail City development project is one of the largest and most elaborate developments being undertaken around the world, over a substantial area of 38 square kilometers where more than 200,000 people will live, work, raise their families and enjoy their lives. It will encompass not only new residential, commercial, and retail opportunities, but a full array of community needs, complete with schools, medical facilities, entertainment and shopping centers.
