Meraas, a part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled Crestlane 4 and Crestlane 5, adding 360 premium residences to City Walk and further enhancing the district’s position as one of Dubai’s most modern urban neighborhoods.
Each phase features two mid-rise towers surrounded by landscaped green spaces. Crestlane 4 will comprise 201 residences, while Crestlane 5 will offer 159 homes.
Commenting on the launch, Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, stated, “Crestlane 4 and 5 mark an important milestone in the ongoing development of City Walk as one of Dubai’s most contemporary and design-focused neighborhoods.”
