Union Properties PJSC, a leading property developer in the United Arab Emirates, has announced Mr. Khalifa Hasan Ali Saleh Al Hammadi as its new Chairman.
Mr. Al Hammadi was elected as the Chairman of the Board by acclamation at the company’s board of directors meeting held this week (21st June, 2020).
The new board members for Union Properties are as follows:
- Mr. Fathi Ben Abdul Sattar Ben Grira, Vice Chairman (elected by majority through secret voting)
- Mr. Dahi Yousef Ahmed Abdulla Al Mansoori
- Mr. Jorg Klar
- Mr. Mohamed Fardan Ali Al Fardan
- Mr. Darwish Abdulla Ahmed Al Ketbi
- Mr. Abdul Wahab Al Halabi
Mr. Al Hammadi was appointed as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Union Properties in December last year. He is also Chairman of Gulfa Mineral Water and Manufacturing Industries Company PJSC.
