The Minister of Housing, Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Dhuwaihi, signed here today 8 contracts worth SR 4 billion to develop land designs of a total area of 26 million square meters to provide developed land in a number of cities to accommodate a quarter of a million citizens, in implementation of the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the provision of developed land and housing loans to citizens. 
He expressed at a press conference after the signing ceremony his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince, and the Second Deputy Premier for their permanent support for the Ministry of Housing.
