26 Vista: Redefining Luxury Living On The Gold Coast
Ascending 51 levels into the vibrant Gold Coast skyline, Malaysian conglomerate MRCB’s latest development, the $500 million 26 Vista, will showcase some of the most unique array of apartments ever seen on the Gold Coast.

Some 280 luxury apartments and a distinctive array of townhomes are poised to establish unprecedented benchmarks for chic and eco-conscious coastal lifestyles with a range of ‘firsts’ for the Gold Coast.

26 Vista: Redefining Luxury Living On The Gold Coast

Designed by award-winning architects DBI, the Surfers Paradise development is perfectly balanced with an array of state-of-the-art amenities and interiors, purposefully built for residents to escape, and unwind. These include luxury living spaces, dedicated concierge services, dynamic work-from-home spaces, Swiss-made appliances fitted in all apartments, and exclusive EV car sharing available to all residents.

“By exceeding expectations, we’re not just selling homes; we’re crafting experiences that captivate and inspire buyers in the market, and this is certainly reflected in the outstanding sales to date.” says Matt George, Managing Director, of Urban Activation, which is selling the project.

More than $170 million in sales have been achieved in Vista as it heads toward a construction start in the middle of this year.

The project was the best selling apartment project on the Gold Coast in the last quarter of 2023.

26 Vista introduces a unique selection of townhouses – one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. Most notably, all residents will enjoy elevated amenities, with the shared 4th and 51st-floor living space offering a host of leisure and wellness amenities.

“MRCB is creating a true vertical community, providing homeowners with a space to gather with friends and family, as well as a place to escape the bustle below and unwind,” says Mr George.

A standout feature of 26 Vista is the reimaging of Level 51, as a communal space encompassing approximately 500 square meters. Exclusively reserved for occupants of three and four-bedroom residences situated on level 33 and above, the southern half of the rooftop is dedicated solely for private use. Moreover, the northern half of the rooftop is accessible to all homeowners looking to enjoy open-air rooftop lounge spaces, an indoor lounge area, and a breathtaking outdoor plunge pool.

Notably, the rooftop plunge pool stands as the highest in the Gold Coast, further enhancing the allure and exclusivity of the property while fostering a sense of community among residents.

“The reimagination of Level 51 at 26 Vista stands as a testament to the discerning tastes and desires of today’s buyers, who seek not just a home, but a sanctuary that elevates their lifestyle. The extraordinary sales achieved to date underscore the overwhelming demand for such unparalleled living experiences”, says Mr George.

Further enhancing the lifestyle experience, level 4 will feature a sparkling lap pool adorned with outdoor lounges, a state-of-the-art gym and spa, and a sun-drenched outdoor yoga deck nestled within lush greenery. Moreover, the 4th floor will offer both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, featuring a spacious BBQ area and access to indoor kitchen facilities, providing all residents with a tranquil setting to entertain guests while enjoying breathtaking views from the outdoor sunset lounges.

Additionally, amenities such as a cinema room, games room, and indoor resident’s lounge ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

In an innovative move toward eco-conscious living, 26 Vista has partnered with the mobility company Outbound to introduce a fleet of electric vehicles available to residents on a pay-as-you-go basis. As one of the first residential buildings in the Gold Coast to offer residents exclusive EV car sharing, individuals can easily access the fleet through a customised app, thereby reducing the necessity for private car ownership.

Setting a new standard in culinary excellence, all apartments at 26 Vista will be fitted with V-ZUG appliances, renowned for their Swiss craftsmanship and carbon-neutral production process. Notably, ovens installed in the three and four-bedroom units boast a value of approximately $25,000 each, reflecting the commitment to uncompromising quality and luxury.

In line with the ethos of elevated living, 26 Vista is set to provide residents with an exclusive concierge service, ensuring meticulous attention to residents’ needs and desires.

Recognising the evolving landscape of work-from-home culture, residents will also have the freedom to work from 26 Vista’s lobby library or to convene with colleagues in the lounge. Embracing a seamless modern lifestyle, these spaces adapt effortlessly to accommodate diverse needs, embodying a new era of flexible living.

“In today’s evolving landscape, where work-from-home has become the new norm, we recognise the need for spaces that can adapt to diverse needs,” says Mr George.

“That’s why we’ve created spaces like the lobby library and lounge, where residents can work or convene with colleagues seamlessly. At 26 Vista, we’re embracing a new era of flexible living, where every aspect of our community is designed to enhance and accommodate the modern lifestyle.”

The sales display is located at Q1 Retail 3011, Surfers Paradise Boulevard.
