DSI to begin a series of fixed income investor meetings

Drake & Scull International PJSC (DSI) announced that it has mandated Emirates NBD Capital and HSBC as Joint Global Coordinators, and Al Hilal Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in the Middle  East  and  Europe  commencing today, the 4^th of June. An unrated USD Regulation S Senior Perpetual Sukuk offering may follow subject to market conditions.

DSI reported AED 1.11 billion in Revenues and AED 27.8 million in Net profit in Q1 2015.

The company started the year with a positive momentum in the UAE and Oman markets and managed to secure AED 728 million worth of new Engineering and General Contracting contracts year to date across the Hospitality and Commercial sectors.

The company is well on track in achieving its growth objectives for the year and closed its Order Backlog at AED 13.8 billion as of the 31^st of March 2015.
