Oman is to host the GCC Metro and Rail Conference (GMRC 2014) later this year as part of efforts to create strong manufacturing and services industries around the massive investments in rail and metro projects in the bloc.
The GCC Metro and Rail Conference (GMRC 2014) will be hosted by Oman’s Ministry of Transport and Communications, in collaboration with The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf Secretariat-General, according to a report published in the Times of Oman.
The conference will be held in Muscat on 15th and 16th of September.
