Under the patronage of HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Doha will host on 19-20 December the11th version of GCC Lawyers and Arbitrators Conference under the theme “A promising Legal Investment Environment” which will coincide with Qatar National Day celebrations .
At a press conference held here today at Qatar Chamber’s Headquarters, the organizing committee disclosed the latest preparations of hosting the conference in the presence of Head of the Qatari Lawyers’ Association (QLA), Rashid bin Nasser Al Nuaimi along with Secretary-General of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre (GCCCAC) “Dar Al-Karar”, Ahmed Najm , HE Deputy Chairman of the Qatari Lawyers’ Association Sheikh Thani bin Ali Al -Thani and member of the lawyers committee Sultan Mubarak Al-Abdullah.
Head of QLA wished success of the conference to achieve its objectives, stressing the importance of all topics listed on its agenda.
For his part, HE QLA Deputy Chairman, who is also member of Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA), welcomed participants and attendees of the conference, which will be held in cooperation with Qatar Chamber , QLA, the Ministry of Justice and QICCA.
