Airbus Little Engineer Space workshop launches in UAE

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, interacts with the students at the Airbus Little Engineer Space workshop, during the Official Launch Ceremony of the UAE Space Agency in Abu Dhabi today.

Airbus Little Engineer Space workshop introduced students to the world of space exploration, enhancing their understanding of both the benefits and applications of space technology.

Over the course of four hours, students assembled and launched a rocket, set up a base and established communications.

Launched in 2012, Airbus Little Engineer initiative focuses on a discovery-based learning, working to enlighten and empower youth in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
