Seagull, a UAE-based leader in HVAC solutions, has strengthened its industrial footprint with the launch of a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).
The company invested AED15 million to establish the manufacturing unit in RAKEZ’s Al Ghail Industrial Zone. Covering an area of 17,045 square metres, the facility includes a purpose-built manufacturing plant designed to enhance operational efficiency while supporting employee wellbeing. The plant is now fully operational, with further upgrades planned to meet global manufacturing standards.
The new facility has a monthly production capacity of 50,000 square metres of galvanised iron (GI) coils and will supply key regional markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.
Seagull currently employs 180 people, with its workforce expected to grow to 300 employees by mid-2026 as production expands and additional product lines are introduced.
Commenting on the expansion, Ramy Jallad, Group CEO of RAKEZ, said the investment reflects growing confidence among industrial companies in Ras Al Khaimah’s robust industrial ecosystem and business-friendly environment.
