The Entrepreneurship World Cup 2025 will see 100 finalists from 46 nations compete in Riyadh, with cash prizes exceeding $1.5 million

Riyadh will welcome 100 entrepreneurial projects from 46 countries to the finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) 2025, held under the Biban Forum by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) from 5 to 8 November. The event is themed “Global Destination for Opportunities” and reflects the Kingdom’s increasing prominence as a global centre for entrepreneurship.
Organised by Monsha’at in cooperation with the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) and the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), the EWC is the largest global competition for entrepreneurs. Participants will compete for cash prizes exceeding $1.5 million while connecting with investors, venture capital funds, and international experts.
The competition attracted significant interest, receiving over 10,300 applications from more than 169 countries. After multiple evaluation phases and a virtual training camp, the top 100 projects were selected to participate in the finals.
Prominent participating countries include Saudi Arabia, the United States, Korea, Canada, Singapore, France, Brazil, and the United Kingdom. The qualified projects span key sectors such as communications and information technology, healthcare and social services, agriculture, industry, and space.
Finalists will benefit from training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, enhancing their global competitiveness and growth potential. Hosting the EWC finals affirms Saudi Arabia’s pioneering role in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, aligning with Vision 2030’s objectives of building a diversified and sustainable economy.
