Nakheel, the world-leading master developer, recently received a delegation from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) led by His Excellency Marwan Bin Ghalita, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
Nakheel’s senior leadership, including Nakheel board members Adel Al Shaer and Khalid Al Bakhit, welcomed the delegation and showcased Nakheel’s latest and upcoming pioneering projects, including Dubai Islands, District One West and Palm Beach Towers, and discussed the company’s commitment to ‘building happiness and prosperity’ for citizens, residents and visitors.
During the visit, Nakheel also discussed ways in which they could further support DLD and Dubai’s real estate sector to ensure it reflects the highest standards of development.
The delegation from DLD also included Majeda Ali Rashed, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Development Sector; Majed Al Marri, Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate Registration Sector; Mohammed Albadwawi, Chief Executive Officer of the Institutional Support Sector; Ammar Abdullah Alhammadi, Director of Communication and Marketing Department; and Doaa Dablan, Director of the Future and Strategy Department.
