Dubai Chambers has launched the next cycle of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award, the emirate’s leading programme recognising corporate excellence and innovation

Dubai Chambers has opened registration for the second cycle of the reimagined Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award, the emirate’s foremost recognition of corporate excellence that supports Dubai’s sustainable economic development.
The award celebrates companies that demonstrate outstanding performance, innovation, and continuous improvement, reinforcing the competitiveness and resilience of Dubai’s business community.
The announcement was made during the “Excellence Reimagined Forum” held at Dubai Chambers’ headquarters, which brought together more than 100 business representatives to explore new standards and emerging trends in organisational excellence. Discussions at the forum highlighted effective models in areas such as operations, human capital management, technological innovation, and financial governance.
Experts and industry participants examined global best practices in leadership, organisational culture, and operational management, showcasing forward-thinking strategies that enhance competitiveness, elevate performance, and drive long-term value creation.
Under the umbrella of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, the award recognises companies across four main categories aligned with Dubai Chambers’ strategic objectives:
- Outstanding Business Award, sponsored by Dubai Chambers
- Family Business Award, sponsored by Dubai Chamber of Commerce
- Global Expansion Award, sponsored by Dubai International Chamber
- Digital Innovation Award, sponsored by Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy
The award framework is designed to inspire continuous improvement through an evidence-based evaluation model that reflects the latest methodologies in business excellence. It measures success across key areas including leadership, strategy, workforce management, ESG performance, digital transformation, and financial results.
Participation is open to all companies based in Dubai, as well as international businesses with regional headquarters in the emirate, across all sectors and industries.
