Ultrahuman, the UAE-based, cutting-edge metabolic fitness platform, announces its partnership with the world-renowned UCI WorldTour cycling team, UAE Team Emirates, led by Tadej Pogacar. With this partnership, UAE Team Emirates is poised to take their training and performance to the next level.

The Ultrahuman Ring, a metabolic health-tracking wearable, allows the pro-cycling team to access robust performance, fueling, and recovery metrics. The ring provides insights that enable cyclists to sustain endurance and maintain energy levels during a race while providing a detailed breakdown of sufficient deep, NREM, and REM sleep, which is vital for the athletes’ resting protocols. Understanding the athletes’ performance and recovery enhances their physical endurance and cognition.

With its silent and minimal design, the ring connects via Bluetooth and syncs data seamlessly to provide actionable insights, taking sports science to a new level. The sleek ring is compatible with the cycling team’s vigorous training, created from durable fighter jet-grade titanium with a scratch-resistant tungsten carbide coating.

With the help of remote data analysis, which includes a coaching dashboard, UAE Team Emirates’ coaches get powerful bio-insights to make data-driven decisions in the pro cyclists’ training and competition. The team’s performance coaches will have access to remotely monitor various biomarkers from the ring such as heart rate, heart rate variability, temperature, stress, and oxygen saturation to assist and plan the athletes’ recovery and movement parameters.

Founder and CEO of Ultrahuman, Mohit Kumar, comments, “We are thrilled to partner with the team that has the most wins in the UCI circuit, UAE Team Emirates. With the Ultrahuman Ring, the team will understand when to go hard on performance and rest. The depth of insights derived from powerful biomarkers will help with improved performance, cognition and recovery.”

“With Ultrahuman’s cutting-edge technology and insights from their ring, we’re equipped to monitor the biomarkers that affect our performance and recovery,” said Mauro Gianetti, Team Principal & CEO of UAE Team Emirates. “This partnership will help us optimize our training and preparation, so we can continue to compete at the highest level.”

With the shared mission to propel health and longevity in the region, Ultrahuman and UAE Team Emirates are thrilled for this partnership, which presents an opportunity for even greater success on the road.
