The prestigious interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán has redesigned the Grand Suites at SHA Wellness Clinic, achieving the perfect balance between serenity, nature, design and furniture
SHA Wellness Clinic introduces its Grand Suites, signature of the studio of the prestigious designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, to enhance the enjoyment of the life-transforming experience that a stay in its facilities represents. A serene design balancing neutral tones with splashes of colour and natural materials with organic shapes, and a design of the spaces which blurs the boundaries between the interior and the environment, so as to experience a genuine vital reboot and reconnect with nature.
A stay at SHA Wellness Clinic is a transformative experience. A before and after in a person’s life trajectory. A time of introspection, self-knowledge and, at the same time, direct contact with the soil and with nature, under the shade of an olive tree and the blue skies of southeastern Spain.
The three Grand Suites at SHA Wellness Clinic, redesigned by the studio of Lázaro Rosa-Violán, further enhance this vital reconnection.
Their design respects privacy and favours the close connection with the environment, thanks to a concept which gives relevance to interior and exterior spaces, creating areas of continuity and enjoyment between the two environments.
The three Grand Suites, with a total area of 451 square metres of well-kept interiors overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Helada mountains of Alicante, invite you to relax and enjoy a real connection with the lush nature and fresh air surrounding them. According to the words of Lázaro Rosa Violán, one of the main goals of this project has been: “Combining design and serenity to create wellness spaces that foster an intimate experience in a tranquil environment”.
The suites have a spacious living room, a dining room and a cosy office which can be used as a second bedroom, since it hides an extra bed in its wardrobe. The master bedroom is equipped with a dressing room, a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, two washbasins, a toilet and bidet cabin, and separate showers.
The terraces, each with an average area of 70 square metres, have views of the Sierra Helada and the bay of Altea and feature a bioclimatic pergola, a jacuzzi and are furnished with high quality outdoor furniture from Point.
The connection between the interior spaces and the magnificent environment surrounding the Grand suites seeks to generate pleasant atmospheres which provide calm to the senses, freedom to go barefoot and lose track of time, peace and tranquillity to enjoy the present moment and each of the details carefully thought out by true design professionals.
“The serenity of the interior design of the Grand suites is achieved through the use of natural materials and pure, generous shapes, pleasant textures, soft fabrics and neutral tones with discreet splashes of colour. We use stone, stucco, fibres and linen to achieve environments that are at once comfortable, neutral and warm”, explains Rosa-Violán. The design strategy is completed with minimalist furniture, blending in perfectly with the surroundings to transform the space into a serene and pleasant place.

SHA Wellness Clinic opened its doors in 2008, as a result of a health-transformative experience of Alfredo Bataller Parietti, its founder, who recovered his quality of life by modifying key components of his diet and combining natural therapies with the latest advances in western medicine.
