Montblanc is delighted to present “The Tree of Writing,” an exclusive pop-up installation at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates running from November 3 to November 9, 2025

Montblanc is pleased to announce the unveiling of “The Tree of Writing,” a unique and immersive pop-up installation exclusively at the Kempinski Hotel in Mall of the Emirates lobby from November 3rd to November 9th, coinciding with Design Week in Dubai.

“The Tree of Writing” is a vibrant, living hub where artistry takes center stage, inviting audiences to calm their minds and let their thoughts flow freely beneath its sheltering canopy. Designed to ignite imagination and awaken senses, the installation offers a sanctuary where creativity’s roots intertwine.

The installation symbolizes the growth, individuality, and interconnectedness of the written word. Letters adorned with quotes about writing and travelling, representing memories and emotions traversing space and time, are attached to the tree. Envelopes, as well as closed and open books representing the treetop, complete the installation.

With its flourishing branches overlooking the space, “The Tree of Writing” conveys the message that writing continues to blossom, grow, and influence everything we do. Visitors to “The Tree of Writing” can enjoy personalized postcards crafted by a local calligrapher daily from 3pm to 7pm, and experience a special Montblanc themed Afternoon Tea menu, which will be served daily in the Aspen Café at the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates.

The exquisite afternoon tea menu offers an elevated journey of flavours, curated to inspire the senses and reflect the exhibition’s theme of creativity. Indulge in a lavish three-tier set of savoury and sweet creations, where every bite is a masterpiece. Highlights include refined pairings such as the Tangy Prawns and Mango bun and the elegant Beetroot Gravlax rolls, alongside unique sweet treats like the vibrant Piña Colada Petits Gâteaux and the sophisticated Matcha and strawberry roll. The experience is complete with freshly baked, flavoured scones, served with a traditional spread of condiments like Strawberry Marmalade, Clotted Cream, and Citrus Curd.

This bespoke culinary journey crafted by Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates pastry team is heightened by a curated tea selection, personally guided by a Tea Sommelier to ensure a perfect pairing for every guest.

Available daily at Aspen on the lobby level, Montblac themed Afternoon tea is available daily between 1-7pm at AED 200 for a set for one / AED 375 for a set for two
