Heralding the start of Ramadan, Al Masaood Automobiles has announced a special campaign for car buyers in the Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region. The campaign features attractive offers, value-added sales and aftersales support services to customers who plan to purchase selected models from global automotive brands Nissan, INFINITI and Renault, besides certified pre-owned Nissan vehicles. Aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience, the campaign also reflects Al Masaood Automobiles’ commitment to delivering quality service that meets the diverse needs of its customers.

Customers visiting the showroom will have the opportunity to tailor their individual offers from a variety of benefits available on Nissan’s new vehicle line-up, which includes the all-new ‘Nissan X-TRAIL’ and the new ‘Nissan Altima’. Meanwhile, the campaign on certified pre-owned Nissan vehicles allows customers to save up to AED 15,000 when purchasing select models and includes a variety of aftersales services and perks such as a minimum one-year warranty, service packages, a 15-day exchange guarantee, free tinting, free registration, and a free Salik tag. The company also provides ‘Trade In’ options for customers who want to trade in their current vehicle.

The certified pre-owned Nissan models are also part of the brand’s ‘Nissan Intelligent Choice’ programme, which provides customers with a range of benefits including a 12-month or 30,000 km warranty, extended warranty coverage across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Mediterranean Region (MED), one-year 24-hour roadside assistance, a one-time five-day car replacement service, and complete service and inspection prior to delivery.

Buyers of INFINITI 2023 models will be able to customise their offers in accordance with their unique needs and financial preferences. The available offer variations include trade-in assistance, insurance, service, and warranties that can be applied to the purchase of new vehicles.

When it comes to Renault, Al Masaood Automobiles’ Ramadan offer on new vehicles includes various aftersales services and perks that provide a value-added car purchasing experience, and it is available on two models: Renault Duster and Renault Koleos. Customers who buy a new Renault Duster will receive benefits such as a five-year or 90,000 km service package, a five-year unlimited mileage warranty, roadside assistance for five years, and a 15-day exchange guarantee. Customers who buy a new Renault Koleos will also receive a five-year or 200,000 km service package, a five-year unlimited mileage warranty, roadside assistance for five years, and a 15-day exchange guarantee.

Bachir Gemayel, Sales and Marketing Director, Al Masaood Automobiles, said: “As Ramadan is a time of giving and generosity, Al Masaood Automobiles’ campaign aligns with the spirit of the Holy Month by providing customers with exclusive deals and services. This initiative also demonstrates the company’s dedication to maintaining strong relationships with its customers and providing them with the best possible experience.”

Al Masaood Automobiles offers a full range of service offers and aftersales product launches this season in addition to the option of purchasing vehicles. Owners of Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault vehicles can receive up to a 40% discount on service contracts as part of the Ramadan campaign. These contracts, which are intended to give customers convenience and peace of mind, offer regular maintenance services and can help them save money over time by avoiding expensive repairs and extending the life of their vehicles. Customers can schedule their maintenance appointments in advance and make payments for the contracts online to prevent unanticipated breakdowns or repairs.

In terms of Spare Parts, this month saw the launch of two exclusive products in the Abu Dhabi market: ‘Chloride’ enhanced flooded batteries from Exide Industries (India) and ‘Volcanic Stones Sachets’, a product developed and designed by Al Masaood Automobiles to bring a spa-like sensorial experience to customer journeys. Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions for a longer period, ‘Chloride’ batteries are competitively priced, offer the longest possible warranty (18 months), advanced EFB Technology, fuel saving automatic ‘Start-Stop utility,’ special patented alloy, and a ‘magic eye’ – a user friendly battery indicator.
