Assuming the role of Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing across Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara and Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Resorts, Jad Frem brings a wealth of expertise in crafting impactful sales and marketing strategies. With 19 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Jad possesses a keen interest in nurturing the luxury travel market in the Middle East and beyond.
Previously serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Six Senses Zighy Bay from 2012 to 2019, he later ascended to the role of Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Indian Ocean Six Senses from 2019 to 2020. Before joining Anantara, Jad played a pivotal role as Commercial Director at Conrad Maldives, where he championed the commercial team’s efforts, fostering continuous support and growth throughout the resort.
With a focus on quality and innovation, Jad will enhance the resorts’ presence and showcase their unparalleled offerings amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Empty Quarter and Sir Bani Yas Island.

With over 15 years within the luxury hospitality sector, Ranganath P. Nayak steps into the position of Cluster Director of Groups & Events at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara and Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Resorts.
Throughout his illustrious career, Ranganath has consistently achieved industry-leading results, characterised by a relentless dedication to optimising guest satisfaction and fostering meaningful engagement. His journey has seen him occupy pivotal roles, including serving as the Events Manager at Royal Meridien, Sales Manager at Jumeirah Groups, Groups & Leisure Manager at InterContinental Dubai, and Assistant Director of Sales at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi.
Since assuming his new role, Ranganath remains steadfast in his commitment to enhancing all facets of the resorts’ Groups & Events operations, ensuring unparalleled guest experiences across two of the most iconic properties in the UAE.
