Chris Fogden, who joins the global design and management company, will oversee projects in the GCC to help identify new growth opportunities in the wider region
LXA, the global, multi-disciplinary design and management company, has further expanded its project management capabilities with the strategic appointment of Chris Fogden as Associate Director – Head of Project Management. Aiming to redefine industry standards, Chris will proactively identify and convert promising leads that align with the overall strategy of the organisation. Additionally, he will oversee projects in the GCC area to help identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities around the wider region.
Chris brings over 21 years of international project management experience in the design sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality and high-end projects across the globe. By actively engaging clients, building brand awareness, and implementing innovative strategies, he has successfully delivered project management services in the United Arab Emirates as well as in Spain, England, India, and Singapore. Chris is a distinguished member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Association for Project Management (MAPM). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Brighton University.
