Qatar Stock Exchange index gained 182.41 points (+1.4%) when trading closed Tuesday at 13,173.64 points from Monday’s 12,865.50 points.
The market capitalization reached QR 699.943 Billion.

The traded value reached QR 789.254 Million with a volume of 18,505,124 shares from 8,182 transactions today.
Indices of all sectors ended in the green zone today except insurance that went marginally down 3.54 points (-0.09%) to close at 3,818.23 points.

Telecom sector gained most, up 43.24 points (+2.78%) to 1,598.73 points.
From the 43 listed companies 34 advanced today, six declined and three remained unchanged.
Qatari individual investors bought a volume of 9,502,592 shares of 43 companies for a value of QR 325.246 Million or 41.21% of the total shares bought today.

Qatari individual investors sold a volume of 10,633,974 shares of 42 companies for a value of QR 389.472 Million or 49.35% of the total shares sold today.
Qatari institutional investors bought a volume of 3,548,153 shares of 33 companies for a value of QR 182.128 Million or 23.08% of the total shares bought today.

Qatari institutional investors sold a volume of 2,999,142 shares of 30 companies for a value of QR 154.946 Million or 19.63% of the total shares sold today.
