Homegrown luxury florist, Forever Rose, opened the first Forever Rose Cafe at The Galleria Mall, Al Maryah, Abu Dhabi, UAE, recreating the boutique in a cafe setting and offering a unique experience to its customers. Designed to feel as if in a storybook, the cafe is developed as a 2D illustration allowing patrons to feel as if they are part of a drawing.

Ebraheem Al Samadi, founder and CEO of Forever Rose, said: “We decided to open a Forever Rose Cafe as our customers are what is most important to us and we wanted to find a way to be a part of their everyday lives, even if it is just through an amazing cup of coffee or dessert. The café is unique as wherever you take a photo, you will stand out. The room, our cups and plates are all illustrated in black and white, leaving only our customers, food and beverages in color. This recreates a romantic notion of being a part of a fairytale. With the diverse culture of the UAE, I believe a lot of people from different parts of the world and age groups will now have the chance to try a sense of Forever Rose, if not through the flowers themselves, then definitely in the delicious delicacies on offer at the cafe.”

The Forever Rose Cafe serves a variety of exclusive beverages including signature menu items such as the orchid latte, rose and lavender lemonades, and the lavender latte. The signature drink, the Forever Rose latte, will be sure to impress with its Illy dark roast coffee beans, a combination of nine blends from nine different countries. The Cafe’s signature drinks also offer a variety of french syrups which incorporate extract of rose, lavender, and orchid. Beyond the beverages, the new Abu Dhabi spot offers a wide variety of desserts including Forever Rose signature dishes such as rose, saffron and pistachio milk cakes as well as a broad range of bespoke Debailleul Belgian chocolate desserts and a selection of the finest unique tarts and mousses.

During the summer months, rose tea-infused lemonades will be available, which will be an exclusive product made by Forever Rose Café.

The Forever Rose Cafe will also offer customers the opportunity to shop the Forever Rose boutique collections, including pieces such as the infamous Bella Rose, Bella Mini, as well as the Forever Rose Cafe will be home to exclusive products that will only be available for purchase from the cafe.

Looking at future franchise opportunities, The Forever Rose Cafe aims to open in other prime locations and shopping malls across the GCC in coming years.
