HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr. Mohamed bin Saleh Al-Sada left Vienna today after attending the ordinary meeting of the 165th OPEC ministerial meeting which was held yesterday at the organization’s headquarters in the Austrian capital.
He was seen off by Qatar’s Ambassador to Austria Ali Khalfan Al-Mansouri and an number of OPEC officials.
