Aldar has announced the launch of Yas Riva Residences, a vibrant new residential community located along the canal on Yas Island. The development captures both the spirit of adventure and the tranquillity of waterfront living in one of the UAE’s most sought-after lifestyle destinations.
Positioned on the island’s northern coast, adjacent to the previously launched and sold-out villa community Yas Riva, the new project introduces a fresh approach to canal-front living through a resort-style design that blends wellbeing, adventure, and social interaction.
