Aldar has announced the launch of The Row Saadiyat, an exclusive residential and lifestyle quarter set within Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, marking a new milestone in the evolution of the capital’s most prestigious island destination.

Framed by some of the world’s most iconic architectural landmarks, The Row Saadiyat offers residents a front-row vantage point over the UAE’s celebrated cultural institutions. Many homes overlook the sculptural fins of the Zayed National Museum by Foster + Partners, while Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the forthcoming Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi are all within walking distance.

Positioned at the social heart of Saadiyat Island, The Row Saadiyat provides seamless connections to the district’s leading cultural, lifestyle, and leisure destinations. Through a network of shaded, air-conditioned pedestrian bridges, residents will enjoy effortless access to Saadiyat Grove – Abu Dhabi’s upcoming luxury retail destination – as well as Mamsha Beach and the city’s world-renowned museums.

Comprising seven mid-rise buildings of nine floors each, with two basement levels for parking, the development’s first phase will see three buildings launched with a total of 315 apartments available for sale from 1 November. The community introduces a distinctive dual lifestyle concept — connect to disconnect — blending vibrant social spaces at ground level with tranquil private retreats above.

Residences include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, featuring interiors by award-winning design studio Kettle Collective. The ground floors will host a curated selection of F&B, wellness, and lifestyle concepts, further enhancing the community’s dynamic character.

Commenting on the launch, Jonathan Emery, Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Development, said: “The Row Saadiyat brings together the finest elements of contemporary design and cultural context to create something truly unique for Abu Dhabi. Set within Saadiyat Cultural District, the community offers residents a front-row view of one of the most iconic cultural landscapes in the world. The development embodies Aldar’s commitment to crafting communities that are both globally relevant and deeply connected to the character of their surroundings.”
