Having worked across 12 countries and visited over 100, Quintus Swart brings a global lens to every operation he leads. With more than two decades of cross-continental hospitality experience, he has built a career on driving operational excellence and crafting elevated guest journeys, particularly through food and beverage. Now as Director of Operations at Nofa Riyadh, a Radisson Collection Resort, he brings a sharp, execution-focused mindset to one of Saudi Arabia’s most distinctive destinations: a luxury escape where the desert meets the savannah.

A South African native with a Diploma in Marketing & Sales and an MBA in Business Management, Quintus began his career in large-scale catering before rising through the ranks of global hospitality giants including Southern Sun, Starwood, and Radisson Hotel Group. His core expertise lies in high-volume F&B operations, having led teams across a dozen countries, opened five hotels globally, and overseen complex F&B and security logistics for FIFA World Cup teams, including the design of tailored nutrition programs for rotating athletes.

Throughout his twenty-five-year career, Quintus has mastered how to lead with both precision and empathy; drawing on global best practices to streamline staffing without compromising service quality; designing culturally attuned menus for international guests; and creating revenue-generating strategies that have boosted F&B income by as much as 40% in past properties.

At Nofa Riyadh, Quintus is driving a culture of quality across every touchpoint—from elevated customer service and standout F&B experiences to a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. His focus is on delivering excellence in every aspect of the resort journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

“My goal at Nofa is simple but ambitious,” Swart says. “To create a resort culture where every guest interaction feels curated yet effortless, and where our people are proud to deliver world-class service grounded in purpose, not protocol.”

Known for his direct, no-nonsense leadership style, Quintus believes in leading by example, mentoring young talent, and holding teams to high standards without compromising authenticity. For him, hospitality is about crafting moments that matter and doing so with clarity, consistency, and care.

“Quintus brings a rare mix of discipline, strategic thinking, and genuine hospitality,” adds Anna-Marie Dowling, General Manager at Nofa Riyadh. “His return to Nofa Riyadh marks an exciting new chapter. With his global expertise and direct leadership style, we’re confident he’ll push the resort to new heights, not just operationally, but in how we define meaningful luxury.”

Quintus’ sights are set firmly on the future: shaping Nofa into one of the Kingdom’s leading luxury resorts while preparing himself for the next milestone—stepping into a General Manager role where he can lead with vision, values, and impact.
