BMW Group Middle East has welcomed the all-new BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé – the third model to join the new BMW 4 Series product range and the company’s first compact executive Coupé with four-doors.

The car makes an immediate impression and combines the sleek look of a two-door coupé with the functionality provided by four-doors which gives passengers easy access when entering or leaving the vehicle. The doors are frameless giving the car a sleek and elegant look. At a glance the typical BMW short overhangs, long bonnet and set-back passenger compartment complement the design of the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé to express perfect balance combined with a bold presence.

Xenon headlights are standard, while Adaptive LED twin headlights are optional as they team up with the slightly forward-slanting BMW kidney grille and twin round circular headlights which make the new 4 Series Coupé instantly recognisable as a BMW.

Customers who want the utmost in exclusivity and aesthetics can select additional options from the BMW Individual Collection.  The range includes fine leathers for the interior, exclusive wood trims, special door sill finishes and unique exterior colours, which enable customers to upgrade the car’s exterior and interior to give a personalised look and feel.  And to make the strongest dynamic statement, the M Sport package is also available at model launch with special body elements, exterior colors, light-alloy wheels, and interior variants in both cloth and leather.

The new BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé has a unique combination of intelligent driver assistance systems available as standard or as optional under BMW ConnectedDrive that continue to set the benchmark in terms of safety, comfort and infotainment. These include the latest BMW Professional Multimedia Navigation system, Head-up Display, Driving Assistant, Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Lane change warning system; glare-free High-beam Assistant, Park Assist and Dynamic Safety. Collectively, these help to keep the driver more alert, reducing the possibility of accidents and minimising the consequences should one occur.

The BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé is available with three powerful engine variants: 435i, 428i and 420i with BMW’s TwinPower

Turbo technology for excellent dynamic performance combined with low fuel consumption. The high-end 435i 3-litre six-cylinder engine delivers 225 kW/306 hp while the 428i and 420i both come with a 2-litre four-cylinder engine delivering 180 kW/245 hp and 135 kW/184 hp respectively. The extremely stiff body, which benefits from special reinforcements, and advanced chassis technology ensure that the coupé offers sporty coupé performance while offering added comfort for rear-seat passengers.  Thanks to its low centre of gravity and a balanced front-rear weight distribution, the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé is glued to the road and boasts particularly agile handling.
