H.E. Al Kaabi: “The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan became an icon and a symbol of peace by instilling human values in our hearts.”

H.E. Ali Salem Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), reiterated how the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan instilled values of humanity and generosity in our hearts, becoming a symbol of peace and humanitarian aid. H.E. Al Kaabi emphasised how his selfless actions in assisting countries and helping those in need have left a profound impact on the lives of millions of people worldwide.

On the occasion of the Zayed Humanitarian Day, which is observed annually on the 19th of Ramadan, His Excellency Ali Salem Al Kaabi stated, “The UAE, under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, continues to make every effort to address humanitarian crises around the world by sending relief teams and urgent assistance to the affected regions. This reflects the approach of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who was a wise leader with a broad vision that underscored the UAE’s commitment to achieving security, stability, and prosperity for all.”

The Zayed Humanitarian Day, according to H.E. Al Kaabi, is a testament to the UAE’s comprehensive humanitarian vision, which aims to accomplish social and economic advancement, as well as sustainable development for those in need across the globe. His Excellency observed how the late Sheikh Zayed was involved in every form of charity and service to humanity, leaving an indelible mark on everything he touched. Through his benevolent hand, the visionary leader assisted the unfortunate, supported the needy, and upheld the weak around the world, leaving behind a legacy of enduring generosity that our wise government and loyal citizens of the UAE will continue to pursue.
