His Excellency Ali Salem Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Family Development Foundation, emphasised that the wise leadership, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, attributes greater significance and considerable attention to childhood. H.E. added that this conviction stems from the wise leadership’s firm belief in the critical role of sound and positive upbringing in ensuring children’s rights to care and attention and providing all necessary opportunities for a free, safe, and developed life. His Excellency highlighted the UAE’s ongoing efforts, which consider the future of children as a fundamental priority, recognising that investment in childhood constitutes an investment in the future.
On the occasion of Emirati Children’s Day, His Excellency Al Kaabi praised the efforts of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, ‘Mother of the Nation,’ who remains unwavering in her commitment to nurturing children, whom she regards as the hope of tomorrow and the leaders of the future. His Excellency said: “Her Highness directs efforts toward providing an ideal environment and elevating the level of care, attention, and follow-up offered to children.
This commitment is exemplified by the support provided across various fields to ensure their security and safety and champion all measures that bolster their stability and happiness within society.
