Founded by The Lab Holding, the visionary team behind the award-winning 3Fils and Brix Café – SLRP is known for its dedication to handcrafted ramen and is now bringing its signature flavors to a new audience in Dubai.
Located in Dubai Mall’s newest department – The District – SLRP’s menu, already a favorite in Abu Dhabi, extends beyond their popular ramen including Kushiyaki, hand-made indomie dishes, burgers and recently added – handroll sushi all while maintaining the brand’s high standards of quality and innovation. Beyond the food, SLRP embodies the vibrant world of anime and Japanese pop culture, reflected in its bold and playful aesthetics. The restaurant’s design is inspired by the neon-lit ramen shops of Tokyo, infused with colorful elements, anime references, and energetic ambiance that transport diners into a lively, immersive experience.
To mark its grand arrival in Dubai, SLRP is introducing a brand-new handroll bar, capitalizing on one of 2024’s biggest global foodie trends. This exclusive addition will allow guests to enjoy fresh, made-to-order handrolls, continuing The Lab Holding’s legacy of pioneering trendsetting concepts in the regional F&B scene.
