FTV Dubai’s exclusive four-course Iftar menu offers three distinct culinary journeys—Asian, European, and East & West Fusion—designed to delight a range of tastes. Crafted with premium ingredients, each dish strikes a balance between comfort and refinement. To complement the dining experience, guests can unwind with a selection of meticulously prepared premium shisha, creating a relaxed, elevated ambiance after sunset.
The Asian menu includes vibrant starters such as Kani Salad, a refreshing mix of Japanese cucumber, sea lettuce, and crab meat, and Goma Salad, featuring lollorosso lettuce and a sesame-infused dressing. Mains include Chicken Katsu Curry with coconut rice, Sushi Platters, and Teriyaki Salmon. To conclude, guests can indulge in Mochi Ice Cream or crispy Banana Tempura.
The European menu celebrates timeless flavors with starters like Burrata Caprese, featuring heirloom tomatoes and basil pesto, and a classic Caesar Salad.
