For me, this journey is profoundly personal. Born and raised in the UAE, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the nation’s incredible transformation – reshaping its landscape, economy, and identity. What has always inspired me is the visionary leadership that prioritized diversification and sustained growth. By reducing reliance on oil revenues, they laid the foundation for a dynamic, future-ready economy, driving investments into several pivotal sectors.

Growing up in a business family, I gained early insights into the economic opportunities this land offers and how they’ve evolved over time. My father has always been a guiding force, demonstrating that our success as a family is inseparably tied to the success of the UAE. His vision has inspired me to continue building on that legacy, contributing to the growth of a nation that has given us so much.

Reflecting the UAE’s remarkable growth, real estate has naturally become an extension of our vision. Over the past two decades, the sector has flourished, becoming a strong contributor to the UAE’s economy. While Dubai has been the centre of global attention, the other Emirates have also established themselves as thriving hubs for real estate investment.

United by a shared vision, the UAE has firmly positioned itself as a global leader, setting the standard for progress and excellence. Aligned with this vision, Sankari is a reflection of the values that have guided our family for generations. After years of market research, gathering customer insights, and assembling a team of experts, we took a bold leap. I founded Sankari with the guidance of my father almost two years ago with a mission to deliver excellence in real estate.

What sets Sankari apart is our commitment to quality, driven by the principles of integrity, resilience, and adaptability. Our professional goals are closely linked with our personal values. Our inaugural project, Regent Residences Dubai, Sankari Place, has been the embodiment of this drive, demonstrating the power of combining commitment, quality, and a strong understanding of customers.

The UAE’s evolution over the past 50 years is a masterclass in economic diversification and innovation. From its early reliance on oil, the country has expanded into industries such as technology, healthcare, tourism, and real estate, creating a balanced and resilient economy.

The government’s strategic initiatives, such as free zones, investor-friendly policies, and visionary urban planning, have been instrumental in attracting global talent and investment.

Real estate, in particular, has served as a mirror of the UAE’s growth, reflecting its ambitions and the aspirations of its people. For entrepreneurs like me, it is both an inspiration and a call to action. As we celebrate this milestone of progress, we remain committed to shaping the next chapter of the UAE’s success story, one landmark at a time.
