This December, Signor Sassi invites you to ‘Believe’ in the magic of the festive season, transporting you to the shores of Taormina as it dazzles Dubai with a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration—bringing together the best of Taormina’s culinary scene and chic soirées in a spectacular celebration of food, culture, and style that transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary. Signor Sassi will join forces with two of Taormina’s most revered institutions—Anciovi, the renowned Italian dining destination from Four Seasons Hotel, and Morgana, the legendary bar known for its lavish interiors and electrifying atmosphere.
Over three unforgettable days, from the 13th to 15th December, guests are invited to ‘Believe’ in the magic of the season, as the festive spirit of Italy comes alive in Dubai’s most sophisticated setting.
Morgana’s Enchanting Takeover
The festivities begin on December 13th, with a captivating Morgana takeover at Il Giardino di Sassi Bar. Known for its enchanting interiors and electric energy, Morgana will bring the unmistakable allure of Taormina to Dubai, enchanting guests with iconic cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere. Morgana’s mixologists will be crafting signature cocktails throughout the three-day event.
Savour Sicilian Flavours: A Culinary Collaboration by Signor Sassi and Anciovi
Throughout the celebration, the spotlight shines on a specially curated four-course menu by Signor Sassi’s Head Chef Luca and Anciovi’s acclaimed Head Chef Andrea. Guests will be treated to the finest of Sicilian cuisine, from the Rock Salt Marinated Seabass with creamy avocado and Sicilian citrus to the spicy Moscardini alla Diavola, a flavourful baby octopus dish with a rich tomato sauce. Pasta aficionados can indulge in the celebrated Spaghettini with Lobster, or savour the luxurious Carnaroli Rice with Grouper, enhanced with wild fennel and pistachio crunch. Anciovi’s four signature dishes are also available à la carte.
Three Days of Festive Celebration
December 13th: Morgana Bar’s takeover at Il Giardino di Sassi kicks off with signature cocktails and Signor Sassi x Anciovi four-course menu, with an optional wine pairing and welcome drink. Alternatively, guests can choose from Anciovi’s à la carte selection, enjoying one or all four of their standout dishes.
December 14th: Morgana’s takeover continues at Il Giardino di Sassi Bar. Guests will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with Morgana’s bespoke cocktails and savour the festive Signor Sassi x Anciovi set menu, celebrating the rich flavours of Italian cuisine. Anciovi’s four standout dishes will also be available à la carte.
December 15th: The festivities culminate with the enchanting ‘Believe’ Brunch, a luxurious feast starting at 1pm, with live entertainment and DJ, where guests will enjoy dishes from Signor Sassi and Anciovi as well as Signor Sassi’s and Morgana’s signature cocktails. For dinner, guests can indulge in the set menu or opt for Anciovi’s dishes à la carte on the last night of this magical collaboration.
