Al Ansari announces AED157.5 million interim cash dividend for 2024
Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC (the “Company”) has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an interim cash dividend for the first half of 2024 amounting to AED157.5 million, equivalent to 2.10 fils per share.

The last date for dividend entitlement is 26th September 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 27th September, 2024. The registry will close on 30th September 2024, and the dividend distribution will take place on 16th October 2024.

The approved dividend aligns with the Company’s dividend policy and the authorisation granted by shareholders at the General Assembly Meeting held on 19th March 2024, reflecting the Company’s commitment to delivering value to its shareholders.

“We are pleased to announce this interim dividend payment to our shareholders,” said Mohammad Ali Al Ansari, Chairman of Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC. “This dividend reflects our robust financial performance and our commitment to returning value to our shareholders. We remain confident in our ability to continue delivering sustainable growth and profitability.”
