Al Hokair Group has announced a major contract to provide accommodation and catering services at NEOM
Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development, a Saudi-listed company, has provided further details about a significant contract with Alfa Facilities and Contracting Company, a subsidiary of Alfanar Group.
The contract, awarded on January 22, 2024, and signed on August 22, 2024, involves providing accommodation and catering services for a residential complex within the NEOM giga-project.
Valued at approximately 760 million Saudi riyals ($203 million), the contract spans seven years and includes the management of accommodation services for the complex. The disclosure was made in a statement to the stock exchange.
