Destination Mina Seyahi has appointed Yogesh Prakash as its new Complex Director of Food & Beverage. In this new role, Yogesh will oversee 21 restaurants and bars across three Marriott International hotels: The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Waterpark, and W Dubai – Mina Seyahi.

Yogesh will play a pivotal role in leading F&B operations across the portfolio where his insights and leadership will contribute significantly to shaping the future direction of the resorts’ award-winning F&B operations.

With 16 years of experience in Dubai’s hospitality industry, Yogesh started his career at Destination Mina Seyahi as a waiter in Bussola in 2007 and has admirably worked his way to the top, stepping into his new role on 1st March 2024, being promoted from Director of F&B at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Waterpark.

Yogesh said: “I am extremely passionate about the hospitality industry and have been fortunate to operate at the forefront of this well-established resort for many years. In my new role, I’m looking forward to making an impact across Destination Mina Seyahi and driving growth and service excellence across all of our venues.”

A dedicated team member and professional, Yogesh is now a member of the Executive Committee team (ExCom) of the complex. Some of Prakash’s recent achievements include managing the pre-opening team of W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and generating the highest revenue in the history of Barasti Beach Bar during the FIFA World Cup 2024.

Stephane Buchholzer, EAM of Culinary and F&B at Destination Mina Seyahi said: “Yogesh has been an invaluable asset to our complex over the years. His expertise, leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, has not only enhanced our offering but also set a benchmark of quality within the industry. His strategic vision and operational acumen will undoubtedly take the F&B experience across the resort to new heights.”
