John’s expertise spans across various luxury hotel groups, including notable hotels such at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara and Desert Palm Dubai, as well as across a variety of other luxury hotel and resort brands in the UAE, Oman, and the UK.
Having joined The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach in January 2023 as the Director of Operations, John has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational skills. In his previous role, he oversaw 32 private pool and beach villas, along with all operational departments. John also played an instrumental role in achieving a prestigious Four-Star rating in the 2024 Forbes Travel Guide for The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach.
