South African’s vibrant comedy scene is about to make waves at this year’s Dubai Comedy Festival, with two of its finest comedians being added to the bill of an already exceptional line-up.
Humor and non-stop laughs are the name of the game, as comedy icons, Alfred Adriaan and Riaad Moosa, both known for their wit, charm and unique perspectives, will be representing South Africa with their hilarious stand-up comedy shows. Known for their ability to navigate delicate topics with humor and insight, they offer audiences a fresh and engaging perspective on life, relationships and society.
Alfred Adriaan has a few things to say…or rather, a few complaints to make. He takes to the stage on Friday, April 19th at Roxy Cinemas in Dubai Hills Mall to perform his uproariously funny show, Unfit & Forty, the trials and tribulations of navigating his own daily life as a middle-aged, married man with children.
Loved by local and international audiences, South Africa’s favorite doctor-turned-comedian, Riaad Moosa, heads to Roxy Cinemas in Dubai Hills Mall on Saturday, April 20th. He certainly seems to have the remedy for the nation’s ills – a healthy dose of laughter, straight up – and hold the aspirin. Moosa’s performances are as thought-provoking as they are side-splitting, using observational and opinion-based humor on his daily experiences, adventures – and misadventures – as a father of four, husband and entertainer.
