Ushna, “warmth” in Hindi, delivers an authentic, yet contemporary taste of Indian cuisine. Established in 2005, Ushna is a homegrown concept that has gained popularity among local and international audiences, located in the heart of Madinat Jumeirah. Inspired by centuries-old recipes, the talented Chefs have used their culinary expertise to add a modern twist to the complex flavors and textures of Indian cooking, helping re-define and modernize conventional dishes.
Guests can savor a rich and flavorful Ramadan Iftar at the authentic Indian restaurant, Ushna, for AED 145
per adult. Children aged 0-4 dine complimentary, while 5-12 year olds enjoy a special set menu for AED 85.
Throughout the month, our chefs will take diners on a delightful culinary journey to India starting from our revitalizing break-the-fast dates and fruits, a choice of soups like our Smoked Tamatar, sharing salads and starters such as Bombay Dahi Puri and Kheema Samosa, followed by main courses including Delhi Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer Jalfrezi, Indian side dishes like Naan and Biryani rice, and desserts such as Kesar Rasmalai and Gulab Jamun.
