What initially began as a modest food truck operation evolved into a culinary phenomenon that redefined the UAE’s culinary landscape.

Saddle Café the Dubai-founded culinary sensation, embarked on a remarkable journey that started with a solitary food truck, blossoming into a network of 13 thriving locations. What initially began as a modest food truck operation evolved into a culinary phenomenon that redefined the UAE’s culinary landscape.

The brand’s remarkable rise reached an international pinnacle as Saddle Café etched its name in history by becoming the first Emirati café to grace the enchanting city of Cannes, France. With the grand opening scheduled for the 11th of August, the countdown to this monumental event has begun. This bold move broke boundaries in the culinary scene of France, introducing Emirati culture and finesse onto the global stage.

Having already captured the hearts of UAE’s foodies and coffee enthusiasts, Saddle’s international expansion is set to redefine the global coffee scene. This inauguration marks several firsts for Saddle: the first Emirati trailblazer to grace Cannes, France and share the warmth and vibrancy of Emirati culture with the world.

Saddle’s founder, Mr. Mohammed Al Falasi, a Dubai native and visionary, envisioned a haven for food enthusiasts, blending coffee culture with Arabian equestrian heritage. He expressed his excitement, “Saddle’s France opening brings the UAE’s rich culture, hospitality, culinary excellence, and specialty coffee onto a global stage. This international expansion is a testament to Saddle’s wide appeal, and we are honoured to share our tradition with the world.”

But the story doesn’t end there. Saddle Café’s journey continues with plans for new openings in September in London and in October in Riyadh. These expansions are a testament to the brand’s unwavering commitment to sharing its culinary innovation and hospitality on an even wider stage.

Upholding its core values, Saddle Café guarantees freshness in every offering. The menu brims with diverse choices ranging from breakfast staples like avocado on toasts and wholesome homemade granolas, the infamous pistachio milkshake and to a variety of specialty coffees crafted from top-tier beans, available in both hot and cold brews.

The buzz for Saddle’s French venture also owes its momentum to a noteworthy collaboration with celebrated Global Emirati artist, Mattar Bin Lahej. Best known for his distinctive calligraphy showcased at the Museum of the Future, Bin Lahej will infuse each Saddle Café outlet with an exclusive art piece, intertwining culinary artistry with visual brilliance for an unparalleled experience. The alliance with Mattar Bin Lahej is not just about art; it signifies Saddle’s pride as a triumphant Emirati brand. Their collaboration stands as a testament to shared values of excellence and ambition, underlin
