C-Quest, a Cost Consultancy Allied Practice of KEO, has announced the appointment of Paul Kelly as its Executive Director, effective immediately
Paul is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in project and cost management. He brings a diverse background in feasibility analysis, cost planning, tender preparation, procurement, and cost and contract management at all stages of construction. Prior to his appointment, Paul had joined C-Quest in 2021, where he has made significant contributions to the company’s success.
As Executive Director, Paul will oversee the development and growth of C-Quest, working closely with its senior leadership team to ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service and expertise to clients. Additionally, Paul will join KEO’s Executive Leadership Membership Board (ELM), which oversees the operations of KEO Corporate.
