Bain & Company, the leading global management consultancy, announced today the opening of a new office in Dubai following significant expansion in headcount and client base in the region.

The opening of the new office will see Bain move from its current location in Media City to state-of-the-art premises at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre – placing its new office in the heart of the city with a central location to provide clients with the best service.

All of Bain & Company’s Dubai-based staff members will move into the new office this January. For the past two decades, the firm has developed a powerful track record of delivering results to clients region-wide and across various business sectors. The firm’s rapid growth across the region means that the new office expansion is now essential, and the move will double its office space in Dubai.

Bain & Company’s new office at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre will feature the latest technologies to enable modern ways of working including hybrid working spaces for individual use or teamwork and in-person or remote sessions.

Sustainability and environmental awareness are at the heart of the new move. The new office will have the highest level of ‘LEED certification’ with a platinum rating that entails that Bain & Company’s new Dubai office is designed for best-in-class environmental standards and optimizes energy efficiency.

Tom De Waele, the Managing Partner at Bain & Company Middle East, said: “We are incredibly excited to be moving to our new office at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, which is a clear demonstration of the expansion of our business across the UAE.  This office is part of our set of regional offices which also includes Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The growth Bain Middle East has witnessed in recent years has been phenomenal. This office move will not only allow us to accommodate our increased headcount but to do so in a high-tech environment suited to modern-day working and situated close to our clients and partners to offer the best possible service.”

Jean-Marie Pean, Chairman of Bain & Company’s Middle East region, commented: “This part of the world is full of forward-thinking leaders who are planning and strategizing for the future, and it is a privilege for us to be part of their journey for the foreseeable future. I look forward to witnessing how our expanding, talented and diverse workforce will continue to develop and deepen partnerships with our clients in the region.”
