The award-winning Indian restaurant at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, has unveiled its new and first brunch offering. Every Friday, guests can savour the authentic flavours of delectable Indian cuisine at the Shandya Brunch from 8 pm to 11 pm. Starting at AED 245 per person, diners can delight in a specially curated five-course sharing set menu at this new evening brunch that promises to take guests on a culinary journey through North India, introducing only fresh spices and authentic flavour combinations. 

The new Shandya Brunch welcomes guests with its authentic dishes and alluring ambiance. With alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages available, families and friends can enjoy a five-course menu of a lively selection of mouth-watering dishes, an Indian tea selection, and a tempting with a live chaat station. Delectable starters such as Adraki Seekh Kebab, Paneer Tikka Aachari, and Dahi Ke Kebab can kick off the evening’s dining experience. Wholesome North Indian mains such as Prawns Mirch Masala, Murgh Makhan Wala, Handi Gosht, Phool Gobhi Aloo, and many more can be indulged in sharing-style platters. Much-loved desserts will cap off the evening with Phirni, Gajar Ka Halwa, and Khyber’s Black Forest Cake to name a few.  

Decorated in warm tones, terracotta archways, and ornate tapestries, Khyber transports diners to the classic Mughal era with a modern, unparalleled 180-degree view of the Dubai Marina from the 15th floor. A great dining experience that features an intricately rich North Indian palette of flavors combined with stunning views of Dubai awaits at Khyber, Dukes the Palm, A Royal Hideaway Hotel.
