Translating to “Good Omen, Good News” in Arabic, Bushra by Buddha-Bar’s Good News Brunch will offer a sharing-style concept set menu featuring a selection of cold and hot mezze including authentic favourites from Turkish Truffle Pide, Silky Hummus Bi Tahini, Crispy Baby Squid to an array of mouth-watering mains bursting with character and flavour such as Turkish Beef Manti, a perfectly marinated Sea Bass and an authentic Mixed Grill. To end on the sweetest note, you can indulge in a Middle Eastern Tiramisu and Turkish Baklava whilst enjoying the free-flowing beverages that will keep you refreshed throughout the afternoon.
