Descending from the breathtaking city of Málaga, Spain, this October, Michelin starred Chef Diego Gallegos is set impress guests with his unique gastronomic creations in collaboration with Salero Tapas & Bodega, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. With a specially curated set menu available only from October 3rd – 8th, guests are promised an exquisite dining experience reflecting the best of Spanish tradition and heritage.
Known as “The Chef of Caviar”, Chef Diego is lauded for his unique approach in the gastronomy field, offering freshwater fish in his menu. Through his research work in the recovery of the Andalusian sturgeon, he famously uses caviar as the key product in his cuisine.
With one Michelin Star, two Soles Repsol and recently awarded the Michelin Green Star, Chef Diego employs innovative processes and uses the highest quality raw ingredients for creating an elevated menu at his celebrated restaurant Sollo in Málaga, Spain.
Celebrating authentic Spanish flavours and ingredients, Chef Diego brings his signature touch to a delectable menu of cold tapas, hot tapas and shared paellas featuring freshwater delicacies like Huelva-style cold Sea Bass, Ajoarriero-style Lobster and classic Paella with grilled Baby Squid and Alioli in its ink. To complete a decadent meal, indulge in sweet treats like the adored Churro with Spiced Chocolate.
The unique collaboration with Michelin Chef Diego Gallegos will serve guests his savoury and sweet delights from 3rd October to 8th October 2022, priced at AED 395 for the soft package and AED 550 for the grape pairing package. Additionally, guests will also be able to avail special prices on grape bottles with this package.
Set against the backdrop of the charming Salero Tapas & Bodega restaurant, with easy access to Mall of the Emirates, diners will be transported to the sunny streets of Valencia, immersed in the incredible sights, sounds and cuisines that have made Spain one of the world’s beloved holiday and dining destinations. Boasting an authentic Spanish ambience, Salero is open to all, 7 days a week from 12:00 pm to 01:00 am.
